Let me start by saying I am not a person to write a review but I had to write one for this establishment. The service was exceptional, the food was hot and fresh and the staff was amazing! They close at 5p and I arrived, unbeknownst to me, at 5:10p. The lady at the window offered to make my burger anyway. Shammar delivered my food with the best attitude and the biggest smile and took the time to make small talk with me even though I delayed his departure from work. The hamburger was very tasty, hot and well made. The tator tots were crispy (as requested) and hot. If given the opportunity, try Bonus Burger!

Best burgers in Lubbock in my opinion!! Amazing service every single time, juicy burgers with grilled onions, and a big bag of fries!! All of the employees are always so nice and thoughtful, and the food never disappoints!! Remember to bring cash or check, as they do not take card!
Best burgers & fries in Lubbock! Locally owned and operated by the owner & family members, plus a few other employees. Much better than any franchise! Been going to Bonus Burger for many years. Good job, folks!
If I can't get a Bonus Burger then I'll do without a burger!!! Everything on their menu is sooo good!!! Real milkshakes!!! Their fries & onion rings are killers!!! My daughter lives out of state & this is the 1st place she wants to go eat when she comes to visit!!! Good people!!!

I would rank Bonus amongst the best burgers in Lubbock. The bun was toasted perfectly and added a small crunch to every bite. Staff was super nice. Just remember it's CASH only in 2024.... but their burgers are definitely worth a trip to the ATM.
If I could give a 4.8 I would. Definitely a locally owned place you can tell from the get it'll be good. Great quick service. Giant burgers, simple, flavorful and well made.

Best burgers in all of lubbock. Some of the greatest chili as well. I always get extra to dip the fries into
